The Ficosa Advanced Communications Business Unit participates at the 3rd European Conference on Antennas and Propagation (EUCAP 2009) being held in Berlin from March 23 to 27. This prestigious European Forum brings together scientists, academics, engineers and technicians to analyze the present and future role of the antenna systems and communication technologies in today’s world, as well as discuss and share their future applications at the European level.
The Advanced Communications Business Unit of Ficosa is an expert in the development of antenna systems based on fractal technology for the automotive sector. At the congress, the Company will present examples of how the miniaturization of antenna systems, thanks to such technology, can contribute to reducing CO2 emissions or facilitate the integration of antennas -since today necessarily outside- in navigation devices, as well as in certain parts of the car, making them “invisible”, and with a great added value in standardizing and costs reducing for car manufacturers- web EUCAP 2009.
