ADASENS, the company within the FICOSA group whose work consists of developing and producing ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), has launched a new electronic reverse gear and parking camera for vehicles, called PAC 2.0 (Parking Assist Camera).
The new camera was designed solely by ADASENS, and represents a substantial improvement on cost efficiency, handling and features offered by the parking cameras currently available on the market. The overlay technology is integrated directly into the camera module, which avoids the necessity of a separate module for the control of the camera, is reducing installation space and the size of the system but further more improves the handling effort and installation cost. The PAC 2.0 improves visibility and avoids image distortion.
